
Utilising staff and participant sessions, Alternative Directions will engage groups in conversations and activities to increase their capacity to gain more from an experiential program.
Undertaking this program whilst still in a comfortable and safe environment allows participants to explore, understand and practice ideas and skills that will enhance their upcoming experience.

How to deal with issues whilst being away from familiar surroundings

What to do when things get difficult (flexible thinking)

How to make committed decisions & actions to gain the most from a program

How to make & keep goals that individuals & groups wish to achieve

How to discover what you want to stand for whilst away, utilising personal values to achieve more from your program

Holding space for the ups & downs that may arise and reframing this to maximise the value of experience
