The location is decided in consultation with you and agreed upon before sessions start.
Time frames, duration and amount of sessions are discussed before and during sessions to enable you to have control over your own needs. Usually people like to work within a one to two hours as a guide.
You can expect guided conversations and develop a set of skills which are added to a personal notebook, allowing you to follow up sessions with reminders, a developed toolkit and plan to utilise outside of sessions.
